Refund & Return Policy
Hey there! We’re a small, locally owned business, and we genuinely want you to love your purchases. While we try to accommodate refunds whenever possible, we do have a few guidelines to keep things fair and manageable.
Our Refund Policy
We offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, if it’s been more than 14 days, we won’t be able to offer a refund or reconsideration. Sometimes, we may provide store credit instead of a refund, depending on the situation.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition as when you received them
- In their original packaging
Please also have your receipt and proof of purchase handy.
Items We Cannot Accept for Return
For health, safety, and custom order reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following:
- Bedding (sheets, duvets, pillows, bed linens)
- Towels, robes, and clothing of any kind
- Used products
- Special orders or custom items
- Food products

Damaged or Defective Items
Some of our products are handmade by local artisans. If your item is damaged, contact us, and we’ll help however we can! In many cases, the artist might be able to repair the item for you.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
